"Hilacar" is a workshop of textile crafts arisen as Ana Martínez's personal project, who, after dealing in the period understood(included) between(among) 1986 and 1988 diverse studies of learning and development in the technology(skill) of the telar of high place and under warp, and to acquire in 1990 the necessary machinery to open with great effort the first workshop in Pampaneira, decides to move to Bubión in 2000.
